Dolf Kahle serves as CEO of Visual Marking Systems and Badlime Promo & Apparel. VMS is a leader in the custom-printed graphics industry producing products for the OEM, Fleet, Apparel, POP/POS and Public Transit industries. VMS has capacity for screen, digital, narrow web, wide-format, and latex roll-to-roll printing. Badlime is a contract apparel decorator offering embroidery, screen-printing, direct to garment and heat transfer.
A widely respected member of the specialty printing industry, Dolf has served as Chairman of the Specialty Graphic Imaging Association, Chairman of the Board for SPIRE, Board Member for the National Association of Graphic and Product Identification Manufacturers and he currently serves on the Digital Graphics Group International Board of Directors. He was honored in 2014 as one of Smart Business Network’s 50 Smartest People.
Dolf has been married to his wife, Marilyn for 40 years. Together, they have three grown children and six grandchildren. He enjoys traveling and spending time with his family, playing golf, skiing, walking/running and mentoring the next generation of business leaders.
