Sara Broghamer

Sara Monet Broghamer is the Chief Operating Officer of Easiway Systems, a family-owned manufacturer of environmentally responsible screen printing chemicals and equipment headquartered in Delano, Minnesota. During her nearly 20-year career with the company, she has held leadership roles spanning marketing, product strategy, operations, and executive management, helping drive growth, innovation, and operational excellence across the organization. She also co-founded Bluewater Labs, an automation company focused on advancing screen cleaning technology for the graphic arts industry.

Sara is passionate about helping printers improve efficiency, sustainability, and profitability through practical innovation and strong partnerships. She believes the future of the industry depends on collaboration, continuous improvement, and developing the next generation of leaders.
